French Toast using Ice Cream

Not sure if anyone has this actual problem at their house π€£, but hey, this is still a fun lazy way to make french toast using ice cream. π¨π

What you need

cup ice cream

challah roll

berry mix

unsalted butter
Instructions
1. Preheat griddle or nonstick skillet on medium heat, and grease lightly with butter. 2. In a large bowl, microwave the ice cream in 30 second intervals until it is melted. 3. Dip the bread slices into the batter, letting them soak well on both sides. 4. Transfer the dredged slices to the lightly greased griddle or pan, and cook for 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. 5. Serve hot with powdered sugar and berries, if desired.View original recipe
